When we were retained for the redesign and rebranding of Eagle Ridge’s existing 72,000-sf R&D building, we determined that the look should be classic and contemporary to ultimately lease to a like-branded company. Replacing the buttresses with a wide expanse of curtain wall glass framed with aluminum panels and adding a simple color palette of whites and grays, transformed this building. AAI designed a large, elevated patio area for outdoor use, monument signage and seating areas.
Half of this building was subsequently leased and built-out for Centrify, with the remaining space constructed to Market Ready condition for a future tenant.
